Investigation of serious incident during approach to Bergen airport Flesland, Norway

Description

On 20 January 2020 a Widerøe aircraft enroute from Kristiansund to Bergen flew into severe icing conditions. The crew changed the route westbound overhead the coastline as well as descended to a flight altitude where it was reported no icing. Gradually the ice disappeard, which affected the engines. The aircraft landed normally at Flesland.
