The Accident Investigation Board Norway, Danish Maritime Authorities and Transport Malta have conducted a joint safety investigation after the collision between the Norwegian vessel Sundstraum and the Maltese vessel Kapitan Lus. The collision took place in Danish waters 3. July 2009. The report issues two safety recommendations to the operator of Sundstraum.
