The Accident Investigation Board Norway, Danish Maritime Authrities and Transport Malta have conducted a joint safety investigation after the collision between the Norwegian vessel Sundstraum and the Maltese vessel Kapitan Lus. The collision took place in Danish waters 3 July 2009. The report issues two safety recommendations to the operator of Sundstraum.
